I wanted to
stop in and say Hi to everyone. I recently joined MJF and
am looking
forward to growing my team and business.
I have been involved with direct sales for many years and love
the concept that
MJF has.
I'm looking forward to getting to know other consultants on this
board.
Let the chatting begin!
Hugs, Deb

Hello to
all. I also researched several other companies before joining MJF.
Mike and Sherry were kind enough to answer my many ,many questions.
I have enjoyed making several of the kits for my parties. I wish I
would have bought
more when I had my 40%off. Maybe Sherry and Mike will offer that
again when the new catalog comes out. Hint HInt. .Yes, I am the Salt
Shaker in our local "Beauty and the Beast Production. Now what kind
of jewelry would a salt shake wear? Blessing, Jan Mt Bead happy

Howdy,
all! Just following Sue's request for intro's, and I think
it's a great idea! I'm Virginia Cates, (Gini) from South
Jordan, Utah. My 2 daughters started making bracelets with
Sherry's help a couple of years ago, and I guess you could say we're
now hooked. I love "doing beads," and I love being involved
with the company. I've had a couple of VERY successful home
workshops, and am super excited about the new catalog-party and
e-mail party formats. I think it's going to go crazy!
I've been trying to figure out how to "do a party" for my friends in
Connecticut, without the expense of being there, and I think we've
found the vehicle! Well, my hubby is getting ready to go
camping/hunting for the weekend, and I have to get kids off to
school by 6:30 in the morning, so I'm headed off to rest my bones
for bit. Chat more later...and great to meet you all!
Now get on here and INTRODUCE YOURSELF, girlies! ;-)

Subject: Update on Bev
|
Hi
everyone - just received an e-mail a few minutes ago from Bev in New
Hampshire. Said she has been home for about a week, and that
the surgery went well. Also said it was the best thing she has
ever done. More updates as I get them. Thanks to
everyone for your kind thoughts and prayers.

Hey, "blogged-off"
before I sent get well wishes to Bev. Sorry. Hope things
continue to improve for you! Being sick or hurt is the pits,
and its great what medicine can do sometimes! Sinus surgery
last winter saved me--but recovery was rough! Wish we were
closer so we could help, but know that prayers are going up for you!

Hey there
... I'm not shy -- just finally getting a chance to post.
THANKS for setting this up ... How about we get an intro from all
you consultants out there. Hey, I'll start. :)
I'm Sue - live in St. Louis MO, but originally (YEARS ago ...) from
Southern LA area. No kids, just a kitty (she thinks she's a
kid). I started w/ MJF a couple of months ago. I've been
researching jewelry bizs off and on for a while and spied an MJF ad
in a beading magazine. I inundated (hmmm ... bet this blog
doesn't have spell check!) Courtney w/ questions ... questions ...
questions! Obviously she had the right answers cause here I
am. I'm doing this very part time ... now ... but thoroughly
enjoying making the jewelry I've received and showing off the
catalog. I actually sold one of the pieces I just made - that
was fun! I hope to start doing workshops w/in the next month
or so. Then I'll be coming to you experts for advice on what
works & what doesn't. Ok,! I think I've
chatted enough for now ... who's next? Oh, one more
thing (this might get some chatter going) .... GO CARDS!
;).

something

You know
that when the big boss says you have to do something then you have
to do it. Seriously I didn't think it was my job to write
something on the internet. But here goes.
I have
been pretty busy answering e-mails and sending information packets
to people who have read our ad in the magazines. I don't
get out very much anymore so it's fun to talk with people from lots
of different places.
The other
thing I have been doing is helping Sherry with a new catalog.
I won't give any secrets away but I think you will like it when you
see it. It's really fun.
I hope to
hear from you soon,
Courtney

Cool!
I get to be the first one to post an entry to the new MJF Blog.
While I don't want to be the one to monopolize the forum, I do want
to give it a "jump start" to get things started. Subject to
the rules noted above, this is your forum, please have fun and use
it for what ever you want.
On a more
serious note, Beverly D a consultant from New Hampshire, is
scheduled to have back surgery on 10-9-06. Please remember her
in your prayers as her "big day" approaches. We'll keep you
posted as to her progress.

Please
don't be shy... As soon as someone is "brave enough" to post an
entry, then others can see that it is a relatively painless process.
Although
we haven't had many consultants visit this page, I can tell you that
only 1/2 of the "clicks" on the counter are from me. lol
Go ahead, leave a message when you visit.
I know
that you guys have stories to tell:
If you
happen to be the "salt shaker" in Beauty and the Beast - tell us!
If you are
the defending champion for the area chili cook-off - tell us!
If you
just started taking Cello lessons - we want to hear that too!
If you are
selling jewelry kits at a fund raiser so the local fire department
can buy equipment - we especially want to hear about that one!
Just let
us know... it's surprisingly easy!
